Nick is a level 3 personal trainer and sports’ therapist. Nick has worked with a number of amateur and professional sportsmen and women, improving their performance through bespoke and sport-specific programmes. His practice is underpinned by an in-depth knowledge and understanding of nutrition and supplement use. Nick’s approach makes training enjoyable and engaging, whilst keeping it functional and effective. Nick’s passion for and commitment to strength and conditioning informs all his work.
