The blocks are super visual, succinct and easy to follow; I demonstrate all exercises and give suggested reps for each. - Tier 2 members have access to all that of Tier 1 with the addition of the bespoke LEARN section; a plethora of detailed tutorials covering all aspects of the workouts as featured in the MOVE, BREATHE, BUILD exercise blocks. Not only do you receive guidance on workout combinations, but also on building strength and muscle, burning fat, adding resistance at home along with tutorials on how to use Suspension Trainers, Kettlebells and other weights effectively. LEARN will be regularly updated to ensure you can constantly improve strength, build muscle, burn fat and have better movement! My educate to motivate ethos is passed on in this section so you will not only reach your goals, but build on them and push further!
