I haven’t received my confirmation email after setting up my membership. What should I do?
Have a look in your spam folder – sometimes they can end up in there. If it hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, please get in touch.
I signed up for Tier 1 but want to upgrade to Tier 2. What do I do?
That’s great – with Tier 2 you’ll have access to even more information! Log in and visit your account page. Click on Subscriptions, then on Change Plan in the right hand box. Select Tier 2 and check out. If you have any questions, just get in touch.
I wish to cancel my membership. How do I do that?
To cancel your membership, log into your PayPal account, and click on the Settings cog icon in the top blue menu.
Click on Payments, then Manage Your Pre-Approved Payments.
Find “Harry Halls Personal Trainer” in the list of approved payments and click on it.
Press the Cancel button then click on the Stop Pre-Approved Payments button.
Finally, click on Done. You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal about the cancellation.
