Bootcamp is a fun full body workout for all fitness levels and it’s done outdoors whatever the weather! Our aim is to get you moving better, feeling stronger and looking leaner. The sessions are 1 hour long, inclusive of a warm up and cool down. We use a variety of equipment based and body weight exercises to create a progressive functional program for all.

Mondays at Chiltern Dene Green 19:30-20:30

Tuesdays & Thursdays at The Swan at Streatley 19:30-20:30 (Members of the Swan at Streatley Only)

(Please note all 6 week programs must be used in consecutive weeks from the date of purchase, any missed classes can not be transferred or used on a later date)
