The Blueprint covers the day to day nutrition and lifestyle habits I practice myself and recommend to many clients, and the eight week training programme I used prior to a photoshoot I did with Men’s Health and still use with many clients with great success. I followed this programme during the pandemic when gyms where not open all the time, so included in the programme is how I performed and recommend you perform these workouts both at the gym and at home.
Although following the Blueprint for eight weeks will yield great results, the best results will come from those who apply the day to day habits and build on these great results long term. So good luck and enjoy the challenge and I look forward to seeing the results.
