The process for building the new you, starts with the initial consultation. This is where we do a postural analysis along with a series of health, fitness and lifestyle checks. With this information I can then design your personal programme providing you with goals and targets enabling you and I, to monitor your progress.

Personal Training Sessions:

The sessions themselves will be tailored to your goals and needs and can take place wherever is most convenient for you using a wide range of my own equipment.

Gym Workout Plans:

If you have access to and like to train at a gym I design bespoke training programs to suit your routine.

Home Workout Plans:

If you are looking to train in the comfort of your own home or at your local park then we can design a programme that works with the facilities you have available.
