Each new clients fitness journey starts with the initial consultation. This is where we first get to know each other, do a postural analysis along with a series of health, fitness and lifestyle checks. With this information I can then design your personal programme providing you with goals and targets enabling you and I, to monitor your progress.

Personal Training Sessions:

The sessions themselves will be tailored to your goals and needs and will take place at my very own fitness studio The Movement Barn.

Gym Workout Plans:

If you have access to and like to train at another gym I design bespoke training programs to compliment each individuals program.

Home Workout Plans:

If you are looking to train away from the gym environment tailored workout plans with minimal equipment can also be designed to compliment each program.
