Pilates

Having studied the principles of pilates for the last seven years Harry now teaches regular classes at The Gym at Streatley. He has learned to combine this with his knowledge with other areas of health and fitness and his classes are quite unique and hugely popular.

Both Nick and Harry use the principles in their program design with personal training clients and have seen first hand how it can rehabilitate, and build a platform to increase performance for athletes and anyone training for everyday fitness.
